  I use both traditional and nontraditional counseling/healing techniques in your counseling session. My focus is on increased insight and awareness,  problem solving, strengths and skills building, as well as remote and in-person aura healing and clearing. I have a master's degree in counseling from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon and am trained in hypnotherapy from the Milton H. Erickson Institute in Portland, Oregon.
