The Health and Harmony Center is a holistic and spiritual learning center offering a peaceful environment where people have the opportunity to enhance the quality of their lives.

We provide a wide variety of physical and personal renewal programs for the body, mind, heart, and spirit.

These programs include Yoga, Therapeutic Massage, Meditation, Reiki, and other holistically related techniques which re-establish Health and Harmony for the individual, the community, and the planet.

A massage session enhances the function of joints and muscles, improves circulation and body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. Pain and stress effects are relieved and replaced with balanced energy and vitality. This is possible because nervous, muscular, visceral, circulatory digestive, and facial systems are all affected. Each therapist at this Center offers different and effective treatments. Because of the special abilities and extensive training of the massage therapists at the Health and Harmony Center, we can offer you several different and effective types of massage treatments.
