Life is a process. My life continues to evolve into a beautiful work of art created by me. Right now, my work of art looks pretty good, even though it could use a few strokes of color here and there. For the most part, I am happily fulfilling my dreams. Life is like a house or the highways in Connecticut always under construction! That is just the way it is. And it is the way in my life. And I am guessing it is that way with your life too.

Many times during our life, we need to consult with an outside contractor, an expert, someone who has been working in the trenches in the part of life that we seek to know more about. I have been in the trenches. I have dug myself out. Now and then, I find myself back in the trench and have to climb my way back out. Like I said, life is a process and always under construction. Just when you think you have finished, one other part of the house needs fixing again! People are no different than houses or roads. Sometimes, it is time to go back in and see what needs a little maintenance and extra tender loving care. It takes time and lots of intentional attention to make our life (and our homes) our own.
