Is my credit card Secure?
Yes, all our transactions are done over a 128 bit encryption Secure Server License (SSL). We are also maintain a hacker safe certification where our site is tested everyday for possible hacks.
Aside from that to ensure extra security we do not keep credit card information in our company. So each and everytime you do a transaction, you will need your credit card.
Is it .925 Sterling Silver?
All our stock is Sterling Silver (.925).
How Long does it take?
Our goal is always to ship everything within 24-48 hours. Sometimes that is not possible. If for any reason, you need it shipped the same day please do the following:
- Place the order by 2 PM EST time.
- Ship notes please state "Rush order, please ship immediately"
When we see the above we will do everything we can to send it that day or then next day.
What shipping options do I have?
Right now everything is shipped through the United States Postal Service. For United States orders you have the choice of Express Mail or Priority Mail. For all other countries you have Global Priority through the United States Postal Service.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, we ship global priority mail whenever possible. To find out the shipping cost, simply select the items you want to purchase. On the cart page click on Shipping Estimate and it will ask you for information and give you
an estimation of charges based off what is in your cart.
What is the Return Policy?
We definitely want our customers to be happy. We will refund the purchase amount minus the shipping costs and will not pay for the shipping back to us. For full understanding of the return policies please check out our Return Policy before purchasing.
What is the Privacy Policy?
We do not sell our information to third parties. For further information please check out our Private Policy before purchasing.
Can I get a certain design with a different stone or crystal?
We do everything we can to accomodate you. If we have the stone or crystal available we will try our best to get you the selection you want. However, this is a special order and depending on the type of stone and size needed the prices may vary from what is listed in the shopping cart.
What if I do not like the smell of the candle?
We want you to be happy with your selection and smell always varies. As long has the candle as not been used and can be resold we are happy to return it and will refund you the total minus the shipping cost. Please check out our Return Policy before purchasing.
Can I exchange for another product?
Sorry we will not do exchanges. What we will do, is take the return and credit you. You then will be free to purchase the other product. Please check out our Return Policy before purchasing.

Prices are changing, why?
Due to the cost of silver increasing our products will have to increase too.
Prices do not change until we have a new round of stock avialable to us. So you if you come one week and the price is $18.00 and you come 2 weeks later and it has gone up to $26.00. That is becuase we new inventory that was created with the new price of silver.
What about Taxes?
Taxes are collected for people residing in the state of Massachusetts. All other states, provinces and countries purchases the buyer is responsible for paying the required taxes to their local tax authority.
